try using shapoo+conditioner. or elvivie is gr8. use d shampoo 1st nd den rinse. put d conditioner %26amp; leave for 5-10 min. den rinse repeat of necesary.What is the apt way of applying shampoo %26amp; conditioner in home .i am using elvive -loreal shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
Do hair first thing when getting into the shower.





Shampoo rinse then shampoo rinse again then squeeze out excess water (or slightly towel dry) and





put the conditioner into hair (comb it through)





pin up your hair while you finish your shower





then rinse out conditioner with cool water.





Spray in a leave-in conditioner and comb through.





a good leave-in is by Sexy Hair Concepts called Tri-Soy Wheat leave-in.





A good Shampoo and conditioner is called ';All Soft'; by Redken ( has avocado oil).
First wash with shampoo and wash out


second put in conditioner and leave in for 5 to 10 min then wash out
